OSEG, led by Nissan Caspi, joined the Group's controlling interest. Jerry Schenirer was appointed CEO that same year and from there we embarked on a new path - Inter Plus, from electricity to energy.

It is within this framework that the Company custom-builds an “Energy Outfit” for properties that include: rooftops, PV, natural gas engines, micro-turbines, energy storage solutions, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles.
